🚀 Phase 3: Daily Operations (For Agents)

Once the setup is complete, your team never has to log into Facebook again. Everything is done entirely inside the Pace Messenger platform.

1. Creating Message Templates

You cannot send marketing blasts using regular text; Meta requires you to use pre-approved Templates.

  • How to do it: Go to the Templates section. Draft your message using variables (e.g., "Hi {{1}}, your flight to {{2}} is confirmed!"). Add PDF attachments or interactive buttons, and hit Submit.
  • The Process: The template is sent directly to Meta for review via our API. Approvals usually happen within minutes.

2. Organizing Contacts

Upload your client lists into the Contacts module. You can tag them with labels like Honeymooners, Corporate Clients, or Winter Skiers to make targeting easy later.

3. Sending Bulk Campaigns

  • How to do it: Go to the Campaigns section. Select an approved template (e.g., a Maldives vacation promo) and select a contact segment (e.g., all Honeymooners).
  • The Result: Hit send, and the platform will automatically blast the personalized message to every client on that specific list.

4. Handling 1-on-1 Chats (Customer Support)

When a client replies to your campaign or messages your number directly, it opens a 24-hour customer service window.

During this 24-hour window, your agents can reply with completely freeform, normal text messages directly from our platform's chat inbox—just like normal WhatsApp!
