🔗 Phase 2: Connecting to Pace Messenger

Once Meta has approved your account and you have your credentials, switch over to the Pace Messenger CRM platform.

Step-by-Step Connection​

  1. Navigate to Brand Projects & WABA Setup in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the Register New Project button.

Choose Your Connection Method​

You have two options to link your Meta account:

  • Quick Connect via Meta: Click the Meta login button. Log into your Facebook account, and the system will automatically pull in your approved WhatsApp accounts.
  • Manual Entry: Paste the Access Token, Phone Number ID, and WABA ID you generated during Phase 1.

Status Check​

Once connected, click Status Check. If all indicators are green, your agency is successfully wired to the WhatsApp Cloud API!
